Spigen’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 Collection is Sleeker and Slimmer Than Ever Before

Spigen announced today the launch of its most refined case lineup yet, designed specifically for the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. The updated collection features thinner profiles, MagFit across the board, and improved mechanisms inspired by years of user feedback.

Through seven iterations of designing for foldable devices, Spigen has learned, failed, and most importantly, listened. In the past, their Fold cases prioritized functionality at the expense of added weight, bulk, and durability.

Case developer Sunwoo Yoon, shared that “The most frequent complaint was about the front case coming off during folding.” Spigen’s development team took this feedback seriously, making protection and secure fitment a central focus of this year’s redesign. This insight pushed Spigen to rethink its foldable case strategy and engineer something better for the year ahead.

Why This Year is Different

This year, Spigen’s focus is creating thinner and lighter cases. By reducing unnecessary bulk and reengineering key components, Spigen’s new cases are designed to complement this year’s slim design, while reinforcing protection.

A key innovation to this year’s case design is Spigen’s SecuLink system, found in the Ultra Hybrid Pro and Slim Armor Pro. Designed to address the issue with foldable case fitment and separation, SecuLink anchors both sides of the case, reinforcing durability by preventing separation.

The development team shared, “Although it can be seen as a simple connected structure, we conducted numerous design modifications and prototype tests to ensure that SecuLink can operate naturally.”

This thoughtful engineering ensures that SecuLink not only prevents detachment, but also moves fluidly with the device’s hinge, delivering a sturdier, more premium feel in the hand.

Spigen’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 Lineup Consists of:

  • Ultra Hybrid Pro MagFit (Clear White): Showcase the Fold’s true colors with crystal-clear protection. Features SecuLink for increased protection.
  • Slim Armor Pro MagFit (Black, Metal Slate): A fan favorite. Rugged yet refined with a streamlined design. Features SecuLink for reinforced protection.
  • Airfit Pro MagFit (Black) – NEW: Thinnest and lightest case. Built for minimalists wanting slim, everyday protection without the bulk.
  • Tough Armor Pro MagFit (Black, Metal Slate): A Spigen classic, now over 30% slimmer and redesigned for improved fitment and enhanced protection.

This year’s lineup sets a new standard built on feedback and innovation. As foldables evolve, Spigen is leading the charge, refining its approach with every generation.
