Indie TTRPG Publisher Storyteller’s Forge Hits the Road — Multiple Events in May 2025

Today, indie creative tabletop publisher and creator Storyteller’s Forge is inviting content creators and members of the media to see their current and upcoming lineup at three industry events throughout May 2025. This will be an excellent opportunity to see the company’s latest releases, including Festival of the Forgotten: Revelations of the Dark Carnival and The Black Ballad adventure campaigns and settings for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and the 2024 edition. 

Play in sessions of both 5E settings – The Black Ballad and Festival of the Forgotten, at the following events: 

  • PAX East (Boston, MA, May 8-11) – Find The Black Ballad at Gehenna Gaming’s booth #TT56
  • Anime Central (Chicago, IL, May 16-18) – Booth #627
  • MomoCon (Atlanta, GA, May 22-25) – The studio will host a booth in the RPG Hall and a special one-shot of their latest horror title for D&D 5e, The Black Ballad
    • Studio Founder and Writing Director Rick Heinz will be a special guest on four panels:
      • D&D Alternatives – A World of TTRPGs (Thurs, 7 PM)
      • TTRPG MadLibs: You Create the Game! (Thurs, 8:30 PM)
      • Horror in TTRPGs (Thurs, 10:00 PM)
      • Bright Neon: Standing Out in a Sea of Fantasy (Sat, 10 AM)
      •  A special one-shot session of The Black Ballad (Fri, 10 AM) hosted by creator Rick Heinz
  • UK Games Expo (Birmingham, UK, May 30 – June 1) – Find The Black Ballad at Gehenna Gaming’s booth #3A-658
