AAA, Partners Hosting Free Steering Wheel Lock Device Event for Hyundai and Kia Owners

To deter vehicle theft, AAA East Central is partnering with Pennsylvania State Police to distribute free steering wheel lock devices to Kia and Hyundai owners.
