USB 4 Protocol, Blazing-Fast Transmission
The D4 SSD utilize the USB 4 protocol with support for up to 40Gbps data transfer bandwidth. When equipped with four M.2 SSDs (such as Samsung 990PRO 4TB) and configured as RAID 0 via macOS Disk Utility, it achieves read/write speeds of up to 3224MB/s. In single-disk operation, read speeds can reach 1608MB/s.
Fully compatible with Thunderbolt 3/4/5 and USB 4/3.2/3.1/3.0 protocols, the D4 SSD offers exceptional cross-platform compatibility.
32TB Massive Storage and NAS Expansion
The D4 SD supports up to four M.2 NVMe SSDs, each with a maximum capacity of 8TB, providing a total storage capacity of up to 32TB. The D4 SSD also enables rapid expansion for all-flash NAS systems. For example, when paired with TerraMaster’s new F4 SSD all- lash NAS, it can double the NAS capacity.

The D4 SSD supports a wide 12-20V voltage input, compatible with standard power adapters for laptops, monitors, and mini PCs, eliminating the need for a dedicated adapter and reducing travel burden.
