AT&T to Acquire Spectrum Licenses from EchoStar

AT&T (NYSE:T) (the Company) has agreed to purchase certain wireless spectrum licenses from EchoStar (NASDAQ: SATS) for a total of approximately $23 billion, subject to certain adjustments.
