The Satechi Portable Power Station give you power on the go when you need it. This device has a 10000 mAh Lithium polymer battery built-in that can charge a iPhone up to 5 times without needing recharged.

Inside that package is everything you will need to charge most devices. Included is the Power Station itself, a universal power adapter with USB port, USB charging cable, and multiple adapters to fit most devices. There is also a travel pouch to store everything in when you are on the go.

The portable power station has to USB plugs for charging. One is a 5Volt 1Amp plug for charging your basic phones and smart phones. The second is a 5 Volt 2 Amp that works well for high-powered devices such a tablets and iPads. Having 2 USB plugs also gives you the ability to charge 2 devices at once.

The Power Station has 5 blue LED’s on the front of it that show you the charging state of the Power Station. The LED’s also show you the state of the battery when you are charging your devices. There is a power button on the side to shut off the device when not in use.

This device is so easy to use almost anyone will have no problem with it. Plug the device into your wall outlet to charge with the provided AC adapter and USB cable. Once fully charged the device will shut off thanks to the internal circuitry that Satechi has included. No worries about overcharging the Power Station. Once fully charged all you have to do is plug-in either the included USB cable or your own cable, turn on the Power Station, plug your phone in, and watch as the battery life on your phone increases.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who finds themselves needing to charge their phone frequently. It’s ease of use makes it a great fit for almost anyone. It is also handy for both when outlets are available, and for when they are not. It’s small size make it ideal to be carried in pocket and purses for that emergency situation. They also come with a 1 year warranty.

The Satechi Portable Power Station is priced at $59.99 from Satechi.com. Don’t need one quite that large or not looking to spend that kind of money right now? Satechi also offers a 5200 mAh version for $39.99 from their site.
