The highly regarded competition is sponsored annually by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), attracting entrants from across the globe. This unique characteristics is achieved with both of Kurotani Washi (the first class, traditional hand-crafted Japanese paper with 800 years of history in Kyoto, Japan) , which is stronger than normal papers by its nature, and the truss structure constructed by Japanese “Origami” engineering. In addition, Foldable is developed based on ergonomic design and thus provides us with the natural slope, which improves stability, better typing posture, and reduced body stress.
