Race Sport Seeks Full-time Tech Support and Training Specialist at $40-45K year Plus Benefits

This position has 4 core job tasks within our company, and is responsible for bringing value and customer satisfaction to each of our partners. 

#1 – Tech Support – Answering phone calls and emails daily and walking customer through installations. Writing Tech Bulletins to publish on our web.

#2 – Training – This person will travel several times a year to train small groups of people on our products and tech tips.

#3 – Testing – This position is responsible for testing new prototypes in our test lab and writing test reports

#4 – Trade Show Support – This employee will periodically go to trade shows to speak to customer on the floor about our Brand.

Skills – We need someone who is highly technical or familiar with the ins and outs of vehicles and basic electronics. This person will be highly tech savvy as well on software applications and be able to navigate a computer well. Past experience in tech support, or as a technician is recommended.

5+ years experience or 2+ years of college and Associated degree is preferred.

Salary position starting at $40K-$45K+ per year with benefits (Experience and Relocation needs matter for salary range).
