Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, will attend the 2017 SEMA Show from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. Atlas Copco will be located in the North Hall at booth 10132 where they will display their GA VSD+ air compressor with advanced, energy efficient technology and Variable Speed Drive plus (VSD+). Atlas Copco will also be showcasing their new CR line of piston air compressors designed for the auto industry, and the G7 air compressor, used by Don Schumacher Racing (DSR).

Helping users reduce energy consumption by up to 50 percent, the GA VSD+ technology closely matches air demand by automatically adjusting the compressor’s motor speed. The oil-injected rotary screw compressor ensures uptimes even in the harshest operational conditions with no idling time, silent operation and a small footprint.

The Atlas Copco G7 series of oil-injected rotary screw compressors offer industry-leading performance with their load/no load control. For increased operating efficiency and reduced energy consumption, the compressor controller automatically switches to the optimum control mode for high, low and intermittent air consumption. The latest model gives users an increased free air delivery by up to 3 percent as compared to previous models.

All SEMA attendees and exhibitors are invited to attend several special events at the Atlas Copco booth during these four days. On Tuesday, Oct. 31, Ron Capps, an NHRA Funny Car driver with DSR, will sign autographs at the Atlas Copco booth followed by Jack Beckman, a professional drag racer for DSR, on Wednesday, Nov. 1. And don’t miss out on a special meet and greet opportunity with Sarah “Bogi” Latiener of Bogi’s Garage on Friday, Nov. 3.

SEMA is an annual automotive specialty products tradeshow in North America, attracting an estimated 70,000 buyers and attendees, and 2,400 exhibitors from around the world. The show features close to 3,000 new products, including parts, tools and components. For more information on Atlas Copco’s attendance at SEMA, please visit http://info.atlascopco.us/sema-2017.
