HOLLY HILL, FL – Axxess Integrate® is launching fourteen new radio replacement interfaces at CES this year, with several solutions for MOST25 and SPDIF vehicle technologies that will cover a wide range of European luxury vehicles. These new interfaces provide accessory 12-volt power and NAV outputs, retain steering wheel controls, retain the OEM amplifier and will retain chimes, when present. They utilize Axxess’ revolutionary ASWC-1 technology along with a new fiber optical cable that allows coverage into the MOST25 vehicle applications. The MOST25 radio replacement interfaces utilize the backup camera input of the aftermarket radio to display personalization menus and, if equipped, the sonar sensor. Two additional interfaces for amplifier retention will also be introduced at the show.
New Radio Replacement Interfaces
Axxess will launch two new solutions for BMW; the AX-BM90122 MOST25 radio replacement interface for BMW 2004-2013 vehicle applications and the AX-BM9112 Harmon Kardon radio replacement interface for BMW 2001-2006 vehicle applications. Four new MOST25 radio replacement interfaces for Land Rover will be introduced. The AX-LR90082 is for Land Rover 2006-2012 vehicle applications, the AX-LR90092 for 2005-2013, the AX-LR90102 for 2006-2014, and the AX-LR90112 for 2010 and up* vehicle applications. For Mercedes-Benz vehicle applications, two new MOST25 radio replacement interfaces will be available; the AX-MC90082 for Mercedes 2005-2011 and the AX-MC90132 for Mercedes 2002-2009 applications. The AX-VL90032 radio replacement interface is for Volvo 2004-2014 vehicle applications and the AX-VL90042 is for the same applications, but for vehicles with rear parking sensors only.
Four new interfaces for older model Porsche applications will also be joining the Axxess product line. The AX-P090032 is a MOST25 radio replacement interface for Porsche 2002-2007 vehicle applications and the AX-P090042 is a MOST25 radio replacement interface for 2007-2010 vehicle applications. For Porsche 2004-2009 vehicle applications, the AX-P090052 and the AX-P0904 are new radio replacement interfaces.
New Amplifier Retention Interfaces
To retain OE functionality when installing an aftermarket amplifier, the GMOS-MOST-02 is designed for use in MOST50 amplified applications for GM 2014 and up* vehicle applications. This interface retains features for text message reading, navigation prompts and OnStar®/OEM Bluetooth®. It also retains R.A.P. (retained accessory power), warning chimes, the factory 3.5mm auxiliary input, factory backup camera and balance. This interface provides NAV outputs for parking, brake, reverse, mute and speed sense. It has adjustable gain control for overall volume with a high level speaker input. The GMOS-MOST-02 provides 12-volt 10-amp accessory power and is Micro “B” USB updatable. A pre-wired ASWC-1 harness is included, but the ASWC-1 is sold separately.
The AX-HYKIA-SPDIF is an amplifier retention interface for Hyundai/Kia 2012 and up* vehicle applications. It is designed for amplified systems only, and must be used with the AX-HYKIA1-SWC or AX-HYKIA2-SWC.
