LAS VEGASJan. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Nexa3D, the maker of ultra-fast stereolithography professional-grade 3D printers, announced today that it will provide non-stop live demonstrations of its game-changing 3D printer at CES 2018 in Las Vegas, NevadaJanuary 9-12, 2018. Interested customers, qualified resellers and strategic partners are invited to experience how Nexa3D’s technology is disrupting the additive manufacturing world at Techniplas booth #9100 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

At CES 2018, Nexa3D is previewing the NXV, its first professional 3D printer. Priced at $19,950 per system and capable of printing 30 micron XY resolutions, the NXV is the largest, fastest and most accurate 3D printer in its category. The NXV is ideal for functional prototyping, production tooling and manufacturing of end-use parts. The printer is equipped with cognitive software and integrated sensors that together optimize manufacturing part performance, provide detailed diagnostics and offer continuous monitoring. Watch the NXV 3D printer in action.

“3D printing is an unstoppable force of change in every industry and within it, high-speed 3D printing is the next frontier in additive manufacturing and one that is highly valued by end-users, strategic partners, resellers and investors alike,” said Nexa3D co-founder and executive chairman Avi Reichental. “After several years of bootstrapping through the early stages of proving and nailing our game-changing technology, we are gratified to be here at CES 2018 with some of our early access marquee users and resellers who are partnering with us to validate the scaling of our first product.”

The NXV relies on deep machine learning algorithms to intelligently slice, optimize and adaptively compile complex geometries at uniform speed and high-resolution. The NXV is configured to run using both on-board and cloud controls for in-situ and remote operations of a single printer, or a full factory of printers to enable mass production of customized parts.

Ahead of CES, Nexa3D announced a groundbreaking three-way partnership with BEGO, the leading provider of digital and traditional dental materials, 3D printers and services, and with XYZprinting, the world’s leading desktop 3D printer brand. The partnership is designed to transform digital dentistry and successfully access this multi-billion-dollar market. Under the agreement, BEGO will exclusively market and sell, under its own label, a special purpose high-speed Nexa3D dental printer that will be solely manufactured by XYZprinting. Nexa3D will exclusively develop the required technology and products for the partnership. Watch what the three companies’ CEOs said about this game changing agreement.

In November, the company also announced funding from strategic investor XYZprinting and equity crowdfunding platform OurCrowd. This investment brings the company’s total funding to $10M.

Leading the round, XYZprinting also entered into an agreement to manufacture and sell Nexa3D printers under the XYZ brand, as well as manufacture other white labelled products on behalf of Nexa3D for industry leaders in other verticals.

The company also announced that as part of its growing automotive focus, it joined the Techniplas open innovation program. Techniplas is a leading global design and manufacturing provider of automotive products and services. Its open innovation program is fostering powerful partnerships and delivers ecosystem-wide benefits from shared technologies that create a new growth of opportunities within the 3D printing industry. As a full innovation partner, Nexa3D is exhibiting at CES 2018 together with some of the latest additive companies within Techniplas’s expanding ecosystem, which is fast becoming the preeminent hub for industry 4.0 collaboration.

Nexa3D printers are powered by proprietary Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) technology and patented structured light matrix capable of reaching top speeds of 1 cm per minute, drastically reducing 3D printing cycles of precision functional parts from hours to minutes. Nexa3D believes that its technology is uniquely capable of achieving uniform high-speed and high-resolution printing at convincing injection molding properties, size and scale.

“Nexa3D patented technology presents significant scope to leapfrog both incumbents and new-comers,” said Reichental. “Early feedback from our partners and resellers suggest that at our price and performance segment, the NXV could become a category maker.”

The company invites interested customers and qualified resellers to visit Nexa3D at CES 2018 at Techniplas booth #9100 located at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the 3D Printing Marketplace, January 9-12, 2018, and experience first-hand its ultrafast 3D printer in action.
