Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, delivers on these expectations with its latest black-and-white imageCLASS lineup refresh, focusing on user experience while simultaneously introducing advanced technology into a smaller device footprint.  These new models complete the refresh of Canon’s imageCLASS black-and-white lineup, which began earlier this month.

The new imageCLASS MF426dw/MF424dw multifunction printers leverage a strong value proposition similar to that offered by the Color imageCLASS MF700/600 series models to provide customers freedom of choice in purchasing the best available color or black-and-white laser print solution.

These black-and-white, compact MFPs print up to 40 pages per minute (ppm) and offer the ability to add an extra paper tray for up to 900-sheet maximum paper capacity. A five-inch color touchscreen with smartphone-like usability delivers a seamless user experience and can be customized by a device administrator to simplify daily tasks through an available device platform, Application Library. Both models are supported by a standard three-year warranty backed by Canon U.S.A.’s award-winning service and support network.

In support of the Office of the Future, and understanding that today’s employees are more routinely working remotely, the MFPs offer mobile solutions for both printing and scanning.  Users can leverage the Wi-Fi# direct function to create a hotspot from the MFP to establish direct connection to mobile devices, without the need for an external router. Additionally, users can scan and convert documents to searchable digital files through a single-pass duplex document feeder to increase scanning throughput.
