According to the CDC, 1 in 3 Americans don’t get enough sleep. As the New Year approaches, you can bet “Sleep Better” will be included in many new years resolutions. However, it’s not that easy to simply get more rest. It takes dedication to new routines and patterns as you plan out your day. Establishing a routine is essential to restful sleep. Forging new patterns prior to bedtime is pretty self explanatory: brush your teeth, read a book or watch TV, maybe try some essential oils– However many forget to change their “wake up” routine.
