NASA Awards Contract for Aircraft Operations Support

NASA has awarded a contract to Vertex Aerospace LLC of Madison, Mississippi, for aircraft operations support at the agency’s Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California, and other NASA centers, as needed.

The five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a value of $150 million and begins March 1.

Vertex will support all NASA-assigned aircraft operations, including maintenance, modification, and flight line operations.
