BELLEVUE, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) today announced that the OnePlus 8 5G is coming to the Un-carrier! The new 5G smartphone taps into T-Mobile’s 600 MHz 5G network, the first and only nationwide 5G network, and it’s ready to rock 2.5 GHz spectrum as the Un-carrier lights it up. The OnePlus 8 5G will be available at T-Mobile starting April 29, and the Un-carrier has the wireless provider exclusive on the Interstellar Glow color.

Today, T-Mobile’s 5G network covers more than one million square miles, reaching over 200 million people in more than 5,000 cities and towns across the country. And now that T-Mobile has merged with Sprint, the combined company is well on its way to building a broad AND deep nationwide 5G network for all. The Un-carrier’s network will have 14 times more capacity in the next six years than it has today, meaning more value, with better service at lower prices.

Already, T-Mobile customers on Magenta plans get all the great Un-carrier benefits on the industry’s best unlimited plan with taxes and fees included, Quibi on Us and Netflix on Us for families, the best customer care in wireless with a dedicated Team of Experts and free scam protection to fight robocalls. Customers also score weekly free stuff from T-Mobile Tuesdays. Plus, T-Mobile doesn’t charge more for 5G access.

The OnePlus 8 5G features a 6.55” FHD+ 90 Hz Fluid Display, a 4,300 mAh battery and an enhanced new triple camera — a high resolution 48MP main camera, an Ultra-Wide Angle 16MP camera to capture landscapes and group photos and a macro lens for close-up shots. The OnePlus 8 5G also uses a Warp Charge technology that gives half a charge in just 22 minutes. The OnePlus 8 5G comes in two colors, Onyx Black and Interstellar Glow.
