Swayy is a mattress providing cooling and warming in different areas across the bed surface, adapting during the night to the changing thermal needs of the body. Swayy works with low power (USB-C) and does not require any water or air-pumps to function. Swayy is absolutely affordable not costing more than a usual good-quality mattress and will be introduced in selected markets starting summer 2022.
More than 50% of all consumers surveyed find it challenging each night to get the perfect thermal comfort feeling. The feet might be too cold and the body too warm at the same time. And during sleep the body temperature drops, changing the perception of temperature consistently.
Current technologies available use complex water systems or air pumps to generate the thermal comfort needed.
Swayy is different. It uses state-of-the-art material to permit natural cooling of the foam core and generates warmth with USB-C low power. Still a wide temperature- range can be set and programmed to be adapted during the night. Feet, hip, lower-back and shoulder sections are controlled separately.
The real intelligence sits in the software. All settings can be programmed and run automatically. The corresponding app will be available in the Apple and Google stores. Expert-curated presettings are available for download. The mattress is able to use sleep-data like
heart-rate from other devices like the Apple Watch, so it does not need any sensors itself.
