Expand Home Life Possibilities with Bespoke Laundry

·       Bespoke Washer & Dryer: In the coming months, Samsung will be bringing Bespoke to the laundry room with the new Bespoke Front Load laundry pair, available in Brushed Navy, Brushed Black, Silver Steel and Forest Green. The Bespoke Washer and Dryer feature a modern, flat-front design with a round, tempered-glass door, beautifully designed to stand out or harmonize with your space. Beyond its looks, the pair offers the most intelligent and efficient wash to date.

o   With Samsung’s AI-Powered Smart Dial, the washer learns your clothing care preferences and recommends cycles based on your washing patterns – the more you use it, the better it understands your needs.

o   AI OptiWash™ takes the guess work out of washing by automatically detecting clothing soil levels to optimize the amount of detergent used and length of wash time and holds enough detergent and softener for 20 loads of laundry.

o   Once washing is done, the dryer automatically recommends the best drying cycle.

o   When the pair is stacked, you can conveniently control them from the washer panel, so everything is within comfortable reach.

o   It works with SmartThings to recommend the best clothing care cycles based on your preferences and clothing materials.

Taking Personalization to the Next Level

·       MyBespoke: Samsung is taking personalization to the next level this year with the launch of MyBespoke refrigerator panels in the U.S. With this new service, consumers can have their original designs or photos custom printed by Samsung on the French Doors of Bespoke refrigerators and personalize their living space like never before.

o   MyBespoke will be available in the U.S. later this year on Samsung.com, truly expanding the possibilities of Bespoke design and placing the consumer directly into designer’s seat.

o   MyBespoke aims to inspire consumers to create one-of-a-kind refrigerator panel designs that take the customization and personalization of the living space to a whole new level.

·       Family Hub™ for 2022: Since its launch in 2016, the Family Hub™ has been continually updated to offer the latest in connected experiences for Samsung refrigerator users, transforming refrigerators into communication and entertainment hubs for the kitchen. The Family Hub™ also doubles as a home control for the SmartThings app. In its latest update, Family Hub™’s new features offer even more entertainment, smart features, and connectivity for the kitchen:

o   Family Hub™’s upgraded Auto Tagging allows for better food and drink identification and management.

o   Art Gallery allows households to decorate kitchens and refrigerator screens with stunning artwork, while Dual AI Voice Assistant enables consumers to access the features of Amazon’s Alexa and Samsung’s Bixby on a single device.

o   Smart Recipes empowers Bespoke users at home to create delicious meals with easy-to-follow instructions.

Sustainability From Start to Finish

·       Samsung is helping consumers be more sustainable at home by saving energy and finding meaningful ways to reduce waste with their appliances through…

o   Production: Samsung is working to prevent soil contamination and recycle liquid materials. Their Korean plant achieved a waste recycling rate of 93% in 2019, 98% in 2021 and aims to get to 100% as soon as 2024.

o   Delivery: Samsung is reducing the use of paper manuals and improving QR code usability and expanding Eco-packaging to encompass a larger lineup of products, including home appliances such as vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, air purifiers and more. This will enable consumers to repurpose the boxes their products came in.

o   Product Use: Samsung is extending the warranty period up to 20 years for selected core appliance components, such as the Digital Inverter Motor in washing machines made in the U.S.

o   Energy Consumption: Samsung’s eco-conscious efforts have been recognized with Energy Star certifications for all front-load washers and dishwashers along with 91% of Samsung refrigerators sold in the U.S.

o   Disposal: Free disposal of used appliances is available in more than 50 countries.

o   Collaboration: Partnership with Patagonia on an eco-conscious washer based on Ecobubble technology, launching first in Europe, will enable consumers to safely wash garments while minimizing output of microplastics.
