AAA, Partners Hosting Free Steering Wheel Lock Device Event for Hyundai and Kia Owners

To deter vehicle theft, AAA East Central is partnering with local law enforcement to distribute free steering wheel lock devices to only Kia and Hyundai owners. The event will be held Wednesday at Greensburg’s AAA East Central branch office. 

There has been a significant increase in the theft of these vehicles manufactured between 2011 and 2022. At the event, AAA and its partners will distribute the locks on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees will be asked to show their vehicle registration or insurance card. 

The Steering Wheel Lock Device Event will be held on Wednesday, July 8, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting, at the AAA branch office in Greensburg (5142 US-30 Ste 135, Greensburg, PA 15601).
