Review: Echo Flask Hydrogren Water

Today’s review is a new one for me! Health isn’t always the top priority in my life unfortunately and understanding health benefits took some effort for me to get behind. I drink a ton of water as it is, but learning about benefits of a different type of water made me wonder what I have been doing this entire time. I learned a ton and today hopefully you will as well about the plus sides of hydrogen water!

Design

Immediately upon opening the package I gusped a gasp that was so unexpected. The packaging screamed quality and advancement. Absolutely sets the tone and the mood when the packaging itself is amazing. Opening it up it was clear this was something I have never experienced before. The fact that the water bottle, nay, the Futuristic Liquid Agitating Storage Kontainer, Flask for short, took my breath away was enough for me to call my wife over to join in on the first experience.

The Flask is a simple design that hides its INSANE amount of technology and benefits. The rectangular Flask with the screw top stands tall at 10 inches, 3 inches wide and 2 inches thick allowing for 12 ounces of water. The Flask does weigh about a pound which doesn’t feel like it. The matte black exterior gives it the sleek appearance that truly defines it. The gigantic window in the front and back allows you to see your water in action as it fills with hydrogen. The Echo Flash infuses hydrogen up to 8 PPM in a 20 minute cycle.

On the side is a light up touchscreen that gives you full control over your Flask. This is also where you can connect to your phone via bluetooth. Words I never expected to type in my entire life. Bluetooth water bottle attached to my phone. This is actually a great feature because it connects to my Apple health app and my Echo Flask app to track my hydrogen and water intake. This has really helped me to understand my hydration level especially and I have been able to see how I feel on my lower days that I don’t drink as much. This proved to me how beneficial water is, and even more, how beneficial Hydrogen water is.

The lid itself is a key component that doesn’t get as much appreciation as it should. The lid is designed 1 to seal water in and not leak. But 2 it also has a pressure release button to allow you to psssht it after hydrogenating the water. Without the psssht button you wouldn’t be able to open it or it would blow up like a shaken up soda. It also always lines up perfectly when closing and there is never an issue of trying to twist it on or off.

Functionality

The touchscreen is not only beautiful but works so well. It offers a day and night mode for brightness and is highly touch intuitive. This is the control center for everything Flask. It allows you to set your time, your infusion of hydrogen, check the battery level and change any other settings you wish.

The Flask is capable of performing 7 infusions on one full charge. I tested this many many times and it is very accurate. Charge time isn’t very long but I generally just let it charge overnight when I was done for the day to make it easier.

One of the coolest features of this is the self cleaning function. There is a button on the touchscreen that allows you to self clean the Flask. This is extremely helpful as the mouthpiece is not big enough to get a brush in and it definitely can’t go through the dishwasher.

Health Experience

My personal experience, and this may be different for others, has been very positive. I noticed when I first started to use this Flask that I had minor headaches and feeling bloated. Nothing abnormal for me just a small change that I tracked. After a couple of days I started to feel more awake, refreshed and I felt my mental clarity was higher.

I have had days that I only did water without hydrogen and days that all I did was hydrogen. There was a noticeable difference on the plain water days. Because I am thorough I also had my wife take my water and either infuse or not infuse hydrogen for me to see if I could just feel the difference without knowing. This test really sealed the deal for me as I was able to feel the difference 100% of the time. The water tastes exactly the same regardless of whats infused. But the mental clarity and the feeling more awake was a huge benefit for me personally.

Overall

This is not an ordinary water bottle for every day people. This is a high tech flask that is designed for everyone but not in the budget for just anyone. If you are looking for a health change that is as simple as drinking water and are able to afford it, I would highly recommend it. The Echo Flask is $299 on their website but in terms of health benefits I would say the price should be substantially higher. Instead of buying 10 new Stanleys, spend the one time amount and get something that is going to make you feel better.

The water infused with hydrogen doesn’t have any taste. The flask itself is super solid and feels great in the hand. After having this for a couple months I truly feel and notice a difference in my life and my body especially after riding the Peloton or on the treadmill. The touchscreen functions perfectly and gives you full control. The app is great for reminding and tracking your intake and ensuring you’re hitting your goals. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a positive change in their lifestyle. Head over to HERE to get yours today!
