Craftsman AssureLink™ Routine Maintenance
The Craftsman AssureLink Mobile App community is growing! This weekend we will be performing routine server maintenance for performance and scalability to continue to provide an outstanding user experience. The maintenance will be performed on Sunday, February 16th during a 2 hour window of 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (EST). During the maintenance window you will experience downtime on the Craftsman AssureLink App and should expect the following:
- You will not be able to open or close the garage door or control lighting from the AssureLink App.
- You will not be able to accurately see the opened/closed status of your garage door.
- You will not receive any alerts during this time.
