Hands On Review

Zagg Folio for iPad mini 4

I have had a chance now to play around with the ZAGG folio blutooth keyboard case and we are going to go over the ups and downs on this case.

Design is clean black textured (nylon-esk) with a subtle zagg logo embossed on the top let side. They also added some white stitching for some extra design. Around the sides you have well sized cut-outs for Headphones, power, volume, speakers and data port. There is one on the back for camera. Front of keyboard and lid have angled notch to pull open with ease.

Keyboard is small for my sausage fingers but for most people it will work well. Keys have a minimal bezel on the sides so maximizing size of keys. Keyboard is back lit with 7 color options and 3 brightness settings.

Weight is little more than I would like but in turn you get a very solid feeling case experience.

They keyboard is tight but the keys have a clean and stiff press. Good travel. You feel like you’re using a regular keyboard just smaller. Never feels cheap.

I have used many cases like this one from many different manufactures and each one has it pros and cons. This one is no different.

Cons:

Pros:

Overall, I would recommend the ZAGG folio for ipad mini 4 especially for the price. Probably best bang for buck. Solid build, great keyboard, love the color choices in keyboard.
