 Explore the scattered islands of a flooded Earth in order to grow your colony. Help who you can along the way, while dealing with those who do not share your vision of the future.

 Scavenge resources like wood and leftover plastics in order to build structures and settlements. Earn research points to rediscover lost technology and develop those settlements beyond basic structures.

 Grow your influence by providing survivors with food, shelter, and recreational activities, and create laws to guide them in their new lives. Maintain peace between differing factions with opposing views and beliefs.
