The felt is also strong and durable for rough handling, curious mouths, and strong fingers.
Each piece of food looks quite realistic and and fits well into the box in different ways. The Bento Box comes in two different color schemes of Purple or Blue. Both boxes carry the same pieces that you can see listed above. The meal inside the box is a pretty accurate representation of the food pyramid. You can create a delicious looking submarine sandwich, multiple snacks, and even a dessert.
This toy is built to last, gives kids a plethora of fun and creativity building experiences. This can go hand in hand with a play kitchen set or even just to allow them to learn to pack their lunch. My son loves to wake up and grab this before school to help us prepare his lunch for the day. He thinks its so fun to grab each piece and bring it to us and try to feed us when we ask. This toy has helped my son learn colors, foods, and names very easily. It has helped him figure out spacing and how to clean up and pack up so well.
