Romance and magic is abound as international MMO publisher Gameforge announces upcoming Valentine’s Day events for their roster of massively popular titles. Love is in the air, and the fine folks at Gameforge have a collection of sweet treats and in-game events to share with players.
A veritable bouquet of new, lovingly crafted content awaits!
AION Classic (PC)
In Atreia, the fantasy world of free-to-play MMORPG AION Classic, the Celentine Days combine Valentine’s Day and the Lunar New Year for a special celebration this February. The capitals of Sanctum and Pandaemonium are decked out for the festivities, the highlight of which is the pet Decupid, who will surprise players with special rewards if well looked after. Plus, there are new surveys from which participants can pick up additional items.
Event Details:
- Period: 7th February to 28th February
- Activities: Complete Celentine quests, feed the Decupid pet, and collect free buffs in the capitals.
- Rewards: Costumes, wings, event items.
Notes:
- Event items are only available during the event and will be removed thereafter.
- Rewards from surveys are available once per account and cannot be traded or sold.
The Celentine festivities offer an array of activities and rewards which will cast a festive glow over the world of Atreia in February.
Players can also look forward to the upcoming AION Classic Update 2.7, which will introduce a new class, new instances, new features, and more in March.
NosTale (PC)
In anime action MMORPG NosTale, the popular Valentine’s Day festival returns with three events, allowing players to engross themselves in romantic adventures. The latest edition of the enchanting festival entices with new content, exciting missions, and exclusive premium items.
- In the ‘Amora Needs Cupid’s Arrows’ event, players must support the NPC Amora to craft magical arrows, for which they will be rewarded with a special Wedding Costume Specialist Card.
- In ‘Share the Love!’, it’s the players’ job to give out Valentine’s Day gifts which can be exchanged for a blessing to increase combat strength.
- Meanwhile, in ‘Amora’s Missing Wings’, players receive the unique ranged partner Amora as a quest reward.
With these events, the world of NosTale will become a place where love and adventure go hand in hand this February.
Runes of Magic (PC)
This Valentine’s Day, Taborea’s adventurers can look forward to plenty of romantic adventures. Between 1st–15th February, the drop rate for hearts will increase in the Mirrorworlds, increasing the chance to get precious loot.
Players should also keep an eye on their letterboxes between 10th–14th February, as they could expect to find messages from a secret admirer.
As if that weren’t enough, there’s a boost event between 16th–18th February. During this period, players will receive a major bonus for experience and talent points, as well as increased drop rates.
Elsword (PC)
On February 14, the fifth season of the Elios Pass begins. The season will be accompanied by four new events over four weeks, offering players exciting activities and attractive rewards.
Event Overview:
- Powerful Master Pugilist: Designed for level-99 characters, this event allows players to test their strength by punching a machine. Each prize level is available once per character.
- Luck Upgrade Equipment: Collect special points by participating in daily and weekly missions, and exchange them for powerful items which provide support and succour to Elsword’s adventurers.
- Nothing Easier Than Leveling-Up: After creating a new character, players can benefit from accelerated leveling as well as gear and consumables rewarded for reaching certain milestones. Only one character can be created per account.
- Alpha Ice Sculpture Heater Event: This event provides the chance to complete the Nox Venator Ice Sculpture Heater set. Tickets available in the shop can be exchanged for a random number of Ice Sculpture Heaters.
There is no specific Valentine’s Day event planned this year, but players still have plenty of exciting novelties to look forward to. Further information on the upcoming content will appear soon.
