Including a new server for its medieval Asia-inspired MMO Metin2, a brand new PvE event for browser-based city builder Ikariam, and summer fun for NosTale, there’s plenty of new content to enjoy across the impressive Gameforge roster.
AION Classic EU (PC)
Major Update “Dominance” Announced
Very soon, AION Classic EU players can expect the major “Dominance” update, introducing new dungeons, epic battles, and many valuable rewards. Daevas should gather their most powerful faction friends and prepare for an epic battle between Elyos and Asmodians.
Features of AION Classic EU 2.8.5 “Dominance”:
- Apheta Beluslan Fortress: Tiamat’s Fortress, now a dangerous battlefield, becomes an arena for Elyos and Asmodians on Sundays at 10 PM. Victory grants access to the new dungeons “Wall of Sorrow” and “Tartarus,” where valuable relics await players.
- Wall of Sorrow: A challenging 4-person dungeon for players level 58 and above. Teamwork is crucial to defeating the powerful enemy Samael and obtaining valuable PvE weapons.
- Tartarus: A dungeon for groups of 2 to 6 players. Only the faction controlling the Apheta Beluslan Fortress can access it for free. The opposing faction must purchase Time Fragments to gain entry.

NosTale‘s Summer Oasis Event Whisks Players to an Anime Paradise
The Summer Oasis event in NosTale is in full swing! Players can explore a dreamy anime summer paradise in Gameforge’s free-to-play anime action MMORPG and benefit from significant boosts. This gives new players a chance to quickly dive into endgame content. The event runs until September 25.
Highlights of NosTale Summer Oasis:
- Permanent Boosts and Events: Double EXP, gold drops, and more for rapid progress.
- Special Weekend Events: Increased drop chances and enchantments, including raid box and upgrade events.
- Free Battle Pass: Numerous free goodies in the Battle Pass and shop, as well as special rewards for completed missions.
- Server Achievements and Exclusive Items: Loyal adventurers are rewarded with exclusive items and titles for individual and server-wide achievements.
- Merge with the international Valehir server: After the event, all characters will be transferred to the Valehir server.

New ONYX Servers Are Here!
Metin2‘s new ONYX servers are now live, offering exclusive content and benefits. Players of the free-to-play medieval Asia-inspired MMO can look forward to the revamped Soul Event “Echoes of Power,” enjoy a +25% item drop bonus, and summon their own bosses. New teleportation functions and weekly additional events also ensure an exciting experience.
Access is through an active DRAGON subscription, which also applies to the EMERALD servers. The official Metin2 website has more information about the new features.

2nd Path for New Character Lithia, Continuing the Mage’s Adventure
Gameforge has announced the 2nd Path update for Lithia, the newest character added to the side-scrolling anime beat ’em up MMO, which presents her with new and exciting challenges and takes her skills to a new level.

Browser-Based City Builder Introduces New PvE Event
In early August, Gameforge released version 11.0.0 for Ikariam, its Ancient Greek strategy city builder. This update introduces a brand new PvE event, “Abyssal Ambush,” where all players fight together against a common threat.
Premium players benefit from new advantages: the favor limit has been increased to 5,000, and units and ships are trained 10% faster. Support for package items in the Wheel of Gods and new items were added, along with various bug fixes.
