Beat the seasonal sniffles and deliver a beatdown to the new PvP (player versus player) world boss, Frostbite Amarok, offering rare loot to those who defeat him. Meanwhile, an updated PvP area, a newly designed contribution point system offering exclusive titles, and four newly-balanced champion-level raids provide even more ways for high-level NosTale players to flex their frosty fortitude.
The less competitive also have plenty of reasons to stay indoors and play, with a variety of seasonal events on offer. NosTale‘s Snowman and Maru raids, winter daily quests, and New Year’s login bonuses all return.
Key Features of NosTale‘s Act 4 Revamp:
- Revitalized Act 4 – Frozen Crown: This PvP area has been transformed to appeal to all players, including those with champion-level characters. A newly designed contribution point system and monthly reset will enhance the competitive experience, offering exclusive titles and items to top players.
- Reputation System Rework: Act 4 will no longer contribute to the overall reputation ranking. Players will enjoy an expanded reputation system with a cap increased to 1 billion points and monthly rewards based on their standing.
- New PvP Boss – Frostbite Amarok: Introducing NosTale‘s new world boss: Frostbite Amarok, a formidable foe appearing in Act 4’s Amarok’s Hideout. With set spawn times on weekdays, this boss promises engaging battles and rare loot for those who participate.
- Champion Level Raids: Eight newly balanced raids have been added for champion-level players, giving high-level characters the challenges and rewards they seek, including valuable materials and unique upgrades.
- Shell Upgrade System: The new upgrade system enhances equipment, with items like Shell Stabilisers and Shell Powder introduced to enable progressive shell upgrades, keeping gear competitive.
- Holiday Festivities – Christmas and New Year Events: Players can dive into the holiday spirit with beloved events like the Snowman and Maru raids, winter daily quests, and the New Year’s login bonuses.
