Blu Technology today announced the launch of WATERSTOP™, patent-pending, a first-of-its-kind RV digital automatic water shut-off system with leak detection designed to help protect recreational vehicles from the water damage that often goes unnoticed until it’s too late. WATERSTOP connects directly to any standard ¾” GHT RV water hose in under two minutes—no tools, no pipe cutting, no plumbing tape required. Once installed, the system continuously monitors water flow and wirelessly communicates with up to seven leak sensors placed in high-risk areas such as under the sink, near the toilet, or in the utility bay.
The moment a sensor detects moisture or the system identifies abnormal flow, WATERSTOP automatically closes the water shut-off valve and sends an instant alert to the owner’s smartphone through the Blu Onyx app.
