Wizard101 Brings “The Ghastly Conspiracy” Update to Console
In 2025, renowned MMO publisher KingsIsle Entertainment launched a gloriously grim in-game event for its most magical title, Wizard101: The Ghastly Conspiracy Raid. Previously only available on PC via Steam and the Wizard101 website, the update is now available on Xbox, Playstation, and Nintendo Switch! Now, console players can experience the MMO’s first ever eight-person raid, the Magic Weaving content update, and more.

There are truly ghastly things hidden within the freezing chill of the Heap; things leering within the darkness that don’t care about the cold. What creatures could be lurking in the shadows? Perhaps, more importantly…why? Now, console players will ready their wands to explore the noir-themed area, working together to unravel its eerie secrets.
With the console launch of The Ghastly Conspiracy Raid update, Wizard101’s first eight-person raid is now available on all platforms. However, discovering the truth at the center of this mystery isn’t for the faint of heart. Overcoming each challenge requires skilled coordination — communication within teams imperative to even stand a ghost of a chance. Full update notes can be found here.
The update also comes bundled with the Magic Weaving and More update, originally launched on PC in spring 2025. Console players can now reach Rank 4, receiving special rewards based on the school they weaved into. The update is also littered with a plethora of extra features, new spellements, bug fixes, and more; full information of which can be found here.
