GIBSON UNLEASHES THE VICTORY FLOYD ROSE AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE ON GIBSON.COM

| Gibson is expanding the Victory lineup with the launch of the new Victory Floyd Rose, a model developed in direct response to many years of player demand. Following the successful 2024 reintroduction of the Victory series, modern players and longtime fans consistently asked for one key addition: a Floyd Rose® vibrato. The Victory Floyd Rose answers that call, handcrafted at Gibson’s Nashville craftory, where skilled artisans shape, assemble, and refine every instrument with precision, passion, and an unwavering attention to detail. From the first cut of wood to final setup, each guitar continues a legacy that stretches back more than a century, carrying forward the DNA of Gibson’s most revered instruments. The Gibson Victory Floyd Rose is now available through authorized Gibson dealers, at Gibson Garage locations, and worldwide at www.gibson.com. The new model builds on the foundation of the Victory Figured Top, adding a Floyd Rose locking vibrato system to deliver the control, stability, and performance today’s high-energy players expect. It features a mahogany double-cutaway body paired with an AA figured maple top—materials carefully selected for tone, resonance, and visual character before ever entering production. In Nashville, these tonewoods are shaped and refined using a blend of traditional techniques and modern precision, ensuring every carve, contour, and curve contributes to the guitar’s voice. The 25.5” scale mahogany neck, carved to a SlimTaper™ profile, supports fast, articulate playing, while an ebony fretboard with a compound radius and 24 medium jumbo frets offers smooth chording, clean bends, and low-action playability. Simple acrylic dot inlays complete its streamlined, performance-driven design. A six-on-a-side Explorer™-style headstock fitted with Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuners and a Floyd Rose locking nut ensures reliable tuning stability, even under the most aggressive vibrato use. Chrome-plated hardware, including the output jack plate, complements the guitar’s modern aesthetic, while a black five-ply pickguard, black switch tip, and black Top Hat knobs reinforce its bold, shred-focused identity. Behind every component is the hands-on work of the Gibson USA craftory’s Nashville artisans, where experienced builders marry metal and motion—hardware and feel—to translate engineering into expressive playability. The electronics configuration offers versatility for a wide range of genres and gain levels. Two uncovered 80s Tribute humbucker pickups with zebra bobbins are wired to push/pull master volume and tone controls for coil splitting and selectable inner/outer coil options when split. Combined with the three-way selector switch, the Victory Floyd Rose delivers broad humbucking and single-coil tonal flexibility with an intuitive control layout. It’s a system built not just for tonal variety, but for creative exploration—designed to respond dynamically to the player’s touch and adapt across styles, stages, and studio sessions. Designed for expressive modern playing styles and musicians seeking extended creative range, the Victory Floyd Rose continues the journey every Gibson begins in Nashville and carries into the hands of players worldwide. It excels with drop tunings thanks to its 25.5” scale length and is available in three gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finishes that highlight the figured maple top—each hand-sprayed for depth, individuality, and character. The result is an instrument as unique as a fingerprint, built to be played, pushed, and ultimately passed down. Like every Gibson, it’s more than a guitar—it’s a future legacy instrument. The final chapter begins the moment it leaves our craftory: to your hands, your sound, your story. Read more about the Gibson Victory Floyd Rose on the Gibson Gazette.
