LiberNovo Showcases Ergonomic Innovation at IFA 2026 with European Debut of the Maxis Series for Big & Tall Users

LiberNovo, the company redefining ergonomic seating with its groundbreaking dynamic chair technology, will showcase its newest range of premium ergonomic chairs at IFA 2026, led by the all-new LiberNovo Maxis—a purpose-built ergonomic chair designed specifically for Big & Tall users.

Following its successful global introduction earlier this year, the LiberNovo Maxis is now available to order across Europe, bringing a new standard of ergonomic comfort and support to users who have traditionally struggled to find office chairs designed around their needs.

Visitors to IFA 2026 can experience the Maxis firsthand, alongside the new Omni Pro and Omni SE, at the LiberNovo booth – Hall 7.2a / Booth 105.

An Ergonomic Chair Designed for Bigger Bodies

Most ergonomic chairs are designed around average body dimensions, leaving taller and larger users compromising on comfort, posture and long-term support. The LiberNovo Maxis changes that.

Designed for users from 5’10” to 6’7″ (178–200cm) and supporting up to 399lbs (181kg), the Maxis features an enlarged frame, reinforced structural design and a generous 52cm seat depth, providing exceptional comfort without sacrificing ergonomic performance.

Available in Electric, Manual and Airflow models, the Maxis delivers LiberNovo’s signature adaptive support technology in configurations suited to different user preferences and budgets.

Dynamic Ergonomics That Move With You

Like the original LiberNovo Omni, the Maxis incorporates the company’s innovative ergonomic technologies, including:

  • The Bionic FlexFit Backrest featuring 16 articulating joints and eight adaptive support panels
  • The SyncroLink Mechanism System for continuous dynamic spinal support
  • Adaptive lumbar support that responds naturally to movement
  • OmniStretch massage functionality (model dependent)
  • Five recline positions from 105° to 160° for working, relaxing and restorative rest

Together, these technologies create a chair that actively supports natural movement throughout the day rather than forcing users into a static sitting position.

Expanding the LiberNovo Family

Alongside the Maxis, LiberNovo will also showcase its expanded Omni lineup at IFA:

  • Omni Pro – A premium model featuring integrated seat ventilation through a five-layer breathable seat structure with active airflow, keeping users cool during long work or gaming sessions.
  • Omni SE – A more accessible manual-adjustment model that retains LiberNovo’s signature ergonomic support while replacing electric adjustment with a precision mechanical system.

Together, the expanded range makes LiberNovo’s advanced ergonomic technology accessible to more users than ever before.

“The response to the Maxis has been incredibly encouraging because it addresses a real gap in the ergonomic chair market,” said a LiberNovo spokesperson. “For too long, Big & Tall users have had to compromise between comfort, support and durability. We’re excited to bring the Maxis to Europe and give IFA visitors the opportunity to experience our complete range of dynamic ergonomic chairs firsthand.”

Availability

The LiberNovo Maxis is now available to order across Europe, joining the Omni Pro and Omni SE as part of LiberNovo’s growing family of dynamic ergonomic chairs.
