RAIN BIRD® LAUNCHES NEW DIY IN-GROUND SPRINKLER WITH CLICK-N-GO HOSE CONNECT

Tucson, AZ—February 20, 2019—Rain Bird Corporation, the world leader in irrigation for more than 80 years, announces the release of its new In-Ground Sprinkler with Click-n-Go Hose Connect. Now homeowners can have a permanent retractable sprinkler head without the expense and hassle of installing an in-ground system.

The Rain Bird In-Ground Sprinkler is the only impact sprinkler available that doesn’t require trenching and underground tubing. Installation takes minutes and will forever eliminate dragging a hose around the backyard again. The homeowner digs a small hole, places the sprinkler in the ground; and backfills it with dirt. Then simply connect a garden hose to the sprinkler unit and enjoy all the benefits of an in-ground impact sprinkler. In addition, homeowners looking for even more hands-off lawn watering, can attach a hose-end timer to automate start/stop sprinkler functions.

When not in use, the device retracts underground, out of the way of the lawn mower. Each impact sprinkler can water up to a 41-foot radius; multiple sprinkler heads can be installed to cover large areas.

“The Click-n-Go is perfect for homeowners who want a quality, durable impact sprinkler at an affordable price,” says Ray Peppiatt, Marketing Group Manager, Rain Bird Consumer Products Division.  “The Click-n-Go is a simple DIY in-ground sprinkler system that any homeowner can install quickly and enjoy for years to come.”

The Rain Bird In-Ground Sprinkler with Click-n-Go Hose Connect retails for $35.99 and is available at Amazon.com and select home centers. For more information, visit www.rainbird.com.
