Everyone has a go-to order from McDonald’s, even Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni “Geno” Malkin. The Golden Arches are teaming up with #71 to feature his favorite meal combo at restaurants across Western Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia and Eastern Ohio.

The Geno Meal will feature a Big Mac®, medium World Famous Fries®, medium soft drink and a small shake. Through May 2, Pittsburgh Penguins fans can score the Geno Meal in-restaurant, for carry-out, at the Drive Thru, from McDelivery, or through the McDonald’s app. Price and participation may vary.
The Geno Meal is the region’s local version of McDonald’s popular Famous Orders campaign that launched last fall and featured the go-to orders of celebrities and icons on the McDonald’s menu.
“This collaboration offers a fun way to fans to show their love for their favorite Pens player,” said McDonald’s Owner/Operator Dan Delligatti. “Malkin is a true McDonald’s enthusiast and we’re excited to showcase his favorite menu items.”
“I’m excited to be the first NHL player to partner with McDonald’s by having my go-to order featured on the menu,” said Malkin.
McDonald’s USA, LLC, serves a variety of menu options made with quality ingredients to nearly 25 million customers every day. Ninety-five percent of McDonald’s 14,000 U.S. restaurants are independently owned and operated by businessmen and women.
