Food tech company Yangyoo establishes U.S. subsidiary, Armored Fresh, marking entry to the global alternative dairy market

Yangyoo, Food tech company based in Seoul, Korea, is entering the global food market by introducing its vegan dairy products in the emerging plant-based food industry through its US subsidiary.

Yangyoo introduced its vegan cheese brand in the alternative dairy food market through their subsidiary and their new brand Armored Fresh, which Yangyoo has recently launched in the United States. Armored Fresh is the first in the world to commercialize almond milk based vegan cheese.  It boasts dairy, egg and gluten free, and contains up to 20% protein.  Armored Fresh will commercialize four types of vegan cheese (Cheddar Slice, Mozzarella Shred, Cube Cheese, Spreadable Cream Cheese) in eight flavors (Plain, Strawberry, Blueberry, Citron, Garlic herb, Spicy Jalapeno, Injeolmi, Salted Caramel & Chocolate). Armored Fresh plans to continue expanding flavor and category choices, including Vegan Yogurt and Vegan Ice cream.
