DVEO releases Mini 4k Encoder

DVEO announces the release of Mini 4K, a small encoder with 4k capabilities. With the Mini 4K companies can encode, scale, and convert up to DCI 4K60 video for streaming and archiving. The launch of this product offers numerous benefits to broadcasters by using a variety of protocols such as RTMP, RTSP, RTP, and UDP, and supporting multiple CDN integrations.

Some of these features are: 10-bit 4:2:2 color depth, deinterlacing, upscale and downscale, frame rate conversion, H.265/HEVC and H.264/MPEG-4/AVC encoding, eight channels of AAC-LC audio via HDMI, and sixteen channels of AAC-LC audio via SDI. Mini 4K Encoder is now available for purchase at www.dveo.com or through a network of resellers around the world.
