A new battlefield joins the game in the latest update to Gameforge fantasy MMORPG AION Classic EU. In update 2.8, titled ‘Conquest,’ Tiamat’s curious experiments have unleashed an unearthly new power in Balaurea, causing the creation of Apheta Beluslan.

Apheta Beluslan is a terrifying take on Beluslan, plunging the land into darkness to produce this new region. In this twisted and sinister location, players must battle weirdly mutated creatures, ready to attack everywhere they look. However, two new gameplay skills for each class should also help with this challenge.
Players must be level 56 to enter Apheta Beluslan, which offers a serious end-game challenge for those who want to reach level 58; the new max level cap also introduced with this Conquest update.
Those who reach level 58 will be rewarded well, enjoying a new raid and a new instance. Gather in groups of up to six players for the neutral Apheta Beluslan raid, taking place every Saturday at 11 PM CEST.
In the new Phaestos’ Disc instance, players will encounter Radan, a renegade Daeva and Tiamat’s right-hand man, who has succumbed to the chaos of his own creation. After being ordered to infiltrate Beluslan and research the mysterious Auridion substance, Radan’s initial experiments distorted space-time and led to the creation of Apheta Beluslan. As Radan continues his research in the depths of Phaestos’ Disc, this Tiamat turncoat has access to an immense power few thought possible.

- Max Character Level Increase: Players can now reach level 58, unlocking new heights of power and potential.
- New Skills: Each class receives two new skills, enhancing gameplay and strategy. Charge Stamina and Counterattack Serum (Gladiator), Wisdom’s Shield and Agonising Defence (Templar), Focus Arrow and Nimble Breath (Ranger), Debilitating Seal Destruction and Obliteration (Assassin), Robe of Nature and Temperature Drop (Sorcerer), Soul Drain and Horror Shackles (Spiritmaster), Prayer of Concentration and Protective Shield (Cleric), Steeled Body and Battle’s Hold (Chanter), and Sonic Boom and Chain of Hatred (Revenant).
- New Battlefield: Apheta Beluslan: Enter a twisted realm where darkness reigns supreme and battle against Tiamat’s Legion in the newly introduced battlefield. Wage war, occupy bases, and uncover the mysteries of this corrupted land.
